Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) was harshly criticized for trying to dam Washington, D.C.’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for college students.

Eleanor Holmes Norton, a Democrat who’s D.C.’s delegate in Congress, mentioned Cruz’s effort “crosses the road.”
